Products All Mild Popie products are made-to-order and fulfilled specifically for each customer. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise. Payments are securely processed through available payment providers at checkout. Mild Popie does not store payment card information. We reserve the right to update pricing or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.
Orders Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or fulfillment-related issues.
Shipping & Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled through our production and shipping partners and delivered across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary due to courier delays, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Mild Popie is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
Returns, Replacements & Exchanges Our Return, Replacement & Size Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns. Requests related to damaged products, incorrect items, or eligible size exchanges must be raised within the timeframe specified in the applicable policy.
Intellectual Property All artwork, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and website content are the intellectual property of Mild Popie and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
